1. Educational purpose only

India AI Rulebook is an editorial publication. Everything on this site is general education about Indian digital and AI law. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and should not be relied on for any decision that carries legal or commercial consequences. For your specific situation, consult a qualified Indian lawyer.

2. Copyright

All original content on this site — editorial explanations, summaries, illustrations, and the underlying selection and arrangement of material — is © India AI Rulebook. Linked primary sources (Gazette of India, PIB releases, ministry circulars, court judgments, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners and are linked under fair-use principles.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, share, and quote short extracts of our content with attribution and a link back. You may not:

  • Scrape, mirror, or republish the site in bulk.
  • Reproduce substantial portions without prior written permission.
  • Use any part of the content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI/ML models without our prior written permission.
  • Use the site in any way that violates Indian law.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep every page accurate and current. But we make no warranty — express or implied — that the content is complete, current, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Indian law changes frequently; verify with the linked primary source.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, India AI Rulebook and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its content, or from being unable to use it.

That includes loss of profit, data or goodwill.

6. Third-party links

We link to government and other third-party websites for verification. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kolhapur, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
